We strongly encourage everybody to utilize BART/Cable Car for travel to and from the airport and hotel. If alternate transportation is needed, please discuss options with your supervisor.

Business casual is perfect for daytime meetings. Conference rooms can run warm or cool, so bringing a light layer is a good idea.

Most events will be indoors, but Thursday evening includes a Rooftop Garden event. San Francisco weather can be a bit unpredictable – mild during the day and cool at night – so layers will help keep you comfortable, especially when coming to and from the hotel.

Lunch will not be provided on Thursday before the meeting, so please plan accordingly. There will be snack stations upon arrival and at the afternoon break.
Dinner will be provided on Thursday evening.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided on Friday.

The daytime and evening events are intended for company business. Family will not be allowed at these events.

No RSVP is required, but you will need to fill out the pre-event registration to confirm your travel arrangements and collect other event information. A reminder—the Annual Meeting is mandatory, with required attendance on Thursday and Friday, concluding at 5:00pm on Friday. Any circumstances that may limit your meeting attendance should be discussed with your direct supervisor in advance.

Yes. Please use the pre-event registration to request extended stay accommodations. The standard room rate is $279 per night, available up to three days before and after the meeting, subject to availability. Additional nights will be booked on your behalf to secure the discounted rate. Payment will be collected at check-in.
